Vintage Georgia Quail Hunting – Private Group Rates (all-inclusive)
Our Private Group Rates are all-inclusive and offer a great value while delivering vintage mule-drawn wagon quail hunting, exceptional service and luxurious privacy for your group.
Only our Private Group Rate customers are allowed the privilege of hunting our prime habitat for wild quail. Experience lightning speed covey rise quail hunting while testing and honing your shooting skills… and there are no additional charges for extra birds. Your Private Group hunt party is escorted by your hunt master, assistant hunt master and wagon driver while the hunters in your group have the choice to ride horseback or on the wagon. Hunters alternate shooting with two shooters down at each covey. There is no extra charge for cleaned birds ready to take home and packaged in Pine Hill Plantation soft sided coolers.
Just as though you are on your own private plantation, no other groups are mixed with your group. All meals are served in your private dining room by your dedicated hospitality staff. Make your dinner selections in advance from our menu. Choose from a leisurely mid-day lunch at the lodge or a grilled lunch in the field served on white linen.
Our Rates are Group Rates:
Group of 4 – Private Lodge, Private House Staff, Hunting from horse back & mule drawn wagon:
$2,315 per person per day (in a group of 4 – private lodge – single occupancy)
- Pine Hill Plantation can accommodate Private Group sizes from 4 to 28.
- Contact us for pricing of groups larger than 4.
- Add an early morning duck hunt to a day of quail hunting for $325 per person or $1,200 minimum (Nov. 18th – 26th, Dec. 9th- Jan. 31st).
Services included with above rates:
- Check-in to your Private Lodge at 4:00 PM on day of arrival
- Warm-up round of clays at the skeet range or 5 stand
- Cocktails & Dinner… just your group in your Private Lodge… served by your own house staff of 2
- Private lodging the night prior to the hunt
- Breakfast
- Morning hunt with one mule-drawn wagon, up to 2 guest horses, huntmaster, assistant huntmaster, wagon driver, and dogs
- Lunch
- Afternoon hunt with one mule-drawn wagon, up to 2 guest horses, huntmaster, assistant huntmaster, wagon driver and dogs
- Preserve hunting license
- Quail will be dressed and freeze-packaged in soft coolers on the day of your departure
Additional Services available:
- Transportation to and from Bainbridge, GA airport
- Transportation to and from Tallahassee, FL airport
- Shotgun shells and Shotgun rentals
- Orvis and Beretta Pro Shop purchases
* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
* The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If a cancellation or decrease in the number of hunters or lodge reservations or length of stay occurs, it will be necessary to give a 30 day notice in writing or by e-mail, or the fees will be charged according to the original reservation.* 7% Georgia sales tax is required to be charged in addition to the above rates
Methods of payment:
- Deposits and Balance prior to arrival are payable by check, ACH or wire. Deposits by credit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
- Pro Shop purchases, shells and other incidentals may be paid by AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, check or cash at departure.
- We recommend that you present tips directly to the staff in cash. However, you may also include tips with any other incidentals to be paid by credit card, check or cash at departure.
